SBP (Standards & Best Practices Conference)

A working conference, the NDC is designed to help 9-1-1 professionals improve their overall 9-1-1 center operations, management and technology. NENA's Development Committees work year-long on the development of recommended Information, Requirements and Standards Documents, with the interactive NDC providing a special opportunity for attendees to evaluate pressing issues and emerging trends, as well as devote time for face-to-face meetings. (formerly known as the TDC/ODC)
