ASL Gloss (American Sign Language Gloss)

From NENA Knowledge Base

ASL Gloss (American Sign Language Gloss) is a simplified notational system used to transcribe American Sign Language into another language. This is most often used in settings where video is not available. American Sign Language does not have a written form and glossing should not be taken as such.
