IPR (Intellectual Property Rights)

IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) is a category of legal rights that includes patents, published and unpublished patent applications, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secret rights, as well as any intellectual property right resembling a member of the foregoing list as such right may exist in a particular jurisdiction.
