MPCAP (Mobile Positioning Capability)

MPCAP (Mobile Positioning Capability) is a dataset containing the Electronic Serial Numbers of provisioned handsets indicating their capability of providing location information. This information is used to trigger a location query to the Positioning Determining Equipment (PDE).
