NENA Ethics & Code of Conduct Policy for Meetings

By participating in a NENA Development Group meeting, attendees agree to abide by the NENA Ethics & Code of Conduct Policy. This policy stipulates that all volunteers shall:

  • Foster an environment of cooperation and collaboration that engenders trust, openness, and confidence;
  • Encourage the free expression of opinions held by others;
  • Keep deliberations and actions free from bias, prejudice, harassment, and discrimination; and
  • Remain professional and respectful to others in both word and deed at all times.

You may download the full Code of Conduct at nena.org/codeofconduct . Any violations of this policy should be reported to NENA’s CEO or a member of the Association’s Board of Directors.
