RCL (Road Centerline) is a GIS feature that represents a centerline of a roadway. Each RCL segment has a beginning point, end point, and consequently a direction of flow from beginning to end. An RCL typically has street number range information (High and Low) attributed to each segment in order to facilitate geocoding.
