A NENA Reference Publication may contain any of the following examples that do not fit into a typical Standard, Information or Requirements document:

  • Public Education
  • PSAP Training
  • White Paper
  • Checklist
  • Web site material

NENA Reference publications may be subject to different approval processes, and may require expedited approval under DSC control. The NENA REF Template may be downloaded from the Administrative Procedures & Templates Documents Page on NENA Workspace.
