SBP (Standards & Best Practices Conference)
SBP (Standards & Best Practices Conference) is a NENA working conference, the SBP is designed to help 9‑1‑1 professionals improve their overall 9‑1‑1 center operations, management and technology. NENA’s Development Committees work year-long on the development of recommended Information, Requirements and Standards Documents, with the interactive SBP providing a special opportunity for attendees to evaluate pressing issues and emerging trends, as well as devote time for face-to-face meetings.
