Agency

In NG9-1-1, an Agency is an organization that is connected directly or indirectly to the ESInet. Public safety agencies are examples of Agency. An entity such as a company that provides a service in the ESInet can be an Agency. Agencies have identifiers and credentials that allow them access to services and data.
